Legal Basis: We process your information based on contract performance, legitimate business interests, legal compliance, or your consent.
International Transfers: Your Personal Information may be transferred to the United States and other countries. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards approved for GDPR compliance.
CCPA (California Residents)
California residents have the right to:
- Know what Personal Information we collect, use, disclose, or "sell/share"
- Request correction or deletion of Personal Information
- Opt out of the "sale/sharing" of Personal Information for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Notice: We do not sell Personal Information for money. However, we "share" data with advertising partners (Meta, Google) for targeted advertising, which may be considered a "sale" under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share information of minors under 16.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Indiana, Tennessee Residents

Nevada Residents
