1. 60 day money back guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for your first order, allowing you to try MOVEMEND with confidence. You have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

 

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you've placed with MOVEMEND.

 

To request a refund, contact us at support@getmovemend.com.

If your refund request is accepted, we'll process a refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You do not need to send the product back to us.

 

You will receive a full refund for the value of your MOVEMEND product, less $10 to help cover processing costs. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include photos of the damage with your email.

3. subscription orders

Initial subscription orders are eligible for our 60-day money-back guarantee.

 

Subscription renewal orders are non-refundable once processed and shipped. You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription anytime before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting support@getmovemend.com

4. exceptions / non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Subscription renewal orders (2nd, 3rd, 4th shipments, etc.)
  • Orders placed more than 60 days ago
  • Second or subsequent purchases to the same customer, address, or payment method (one guarantee per customer)
  • Orders from unauthorized resellers or third-party websites (must be purchased directly from TryMovemend.com)
  • Orders flagged as fraudulent or violating our Terms of Service
  • Orders refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address you provided (subject to return shipping charges and 15% restocking fee)
  • Promotional items or gift cards (unless otherwise stated)

5. chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues directly.

Filing a chargeback:

  • Voids your eligibility for our money-back guarantee
  • May result in account termination and denial of future orders
  • Does not exempt you from liability for the purchase price plus chargeback fees

6. fraudulent refund requests

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine the request is fraudulent, abusive, or if multiple refund requests have been made from the same customer, address, or payment method. Abuse of our refund policy may result in account termination.

7. refund timeline

  • Refund approved: 1-2 business days after request
  • Refund processed: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Refund appears in account: 5-10 business days after processing (depends on your bank)

Total time: Approximately 2-3 weeks from request to refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and it has not appeared in your account, please contact us at support@getmovemend.com.
