We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or orders placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

3. refund policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase by contacting support@getmovemend.com. Once 24 hours has passed, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Refund Policy. 

 

If you wish to return the item after it ships, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs plus a $10 handling fee as outlined in our Refund Policy. You may return opened or unopened products within 60 days under our money-back guarantee.

 

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 60 days of your original purchase date, return the product (opened or unopened) to our facility, provide proof of purchase such as your order number, and cover return shipping costs plus a $10 handling fee. Refunds are limited to one per customer per household.

 

Contact us at support@getmovemend.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping address within 2 business days. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

4. subscription terms and automatic renewals

Some products may be offered as part of a subscription ("Subscribe & Save"). By selecting a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Automatic Renewals: You authorize MOVEMEND to automatically charge your payment method at the recurring interval disclosed at checkout (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). Subscriptions continue until canceled.

Billing: Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle for the then-current price, plus taxes and shipping.

Managing Subscriptions: You may manage, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date by  contacting support@getmovemend.com. Changes must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess it. If payment cannot be completed, we reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription.

Subscription Refunds: Initial subscription orders may be eligible for refunds per our Refund Policy. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed or shipped, except where required by law.

Unclaimed Shipments: Repeatedly returned or refused subscription shipments may result in subscription cancellation and charges for return shipping and restocking fees per our Shipping Policy

5. pricing and payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for any price change, modification, or discontinuance.

 

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method and authorize us to charge all fees incurred.

You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes or other taxes based on your location.

Promotional codes are subject to specific terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may expire without notice.

6. order acceptance and cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, are placed by resellers, exceed quantity limitations, or are shipped to freight forwarding addresses.

 

You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting support@getmovemend.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our Refund Policy.

 

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance—we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

7. shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy at getmovemend.com/shipping. By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy.
